The website www.designifi.co offers downloadable digital learning resources covering a range of topics to help customers to learn how to build and design their own websites. By purchasing or accessing these resources you agree to:
• Be granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for personal or internal business use only.
• You may not sell, redistribute, or republish any of this content without our permissions.
The website www.designifi.co also offers custom website design services tailored to individual or businesses needs. When agreeing to proceed with a custom design project, you must acknowledge and accept the terms as outlined below:
• The scope of your project will be defined in a formal agreement which will be sent to you after your initial consultation.
• You will agree to a fee for the scope of the work which is to be paid in advance. Any work which is requested outside of the agreed scope will be subject to a separate quote for approval.
• We will provide an estimated timeline for your project, which will depend on the scope of work instructed as well as timely communication and submission of materials from the client.
• Any delays in providing the correct materials may result in adjusted delivery dates.
• Clients must ensure that all materials provided are owned by them or that they have the right to use them.
• Late payments may result in additional fees, and all payments are due in advance.
Upon full payment of bespoke website design services, the customer will fully own the completed design and its content. We reserve the right to display the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You agree not to:
• Use the site www.designifi.co or its services for any unlawful purpose.
• Interfere with the site www.designifi.co or its operations.
• Falsely represent our products and services.
All of the content on www.designifi.co including its tutorials, templates, videos, graphics, and any other written content is the intellectual property of Designifi or its licensors. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify or sell any part of this content or services.
All purchases of digital learning products are final. We do not offer refunds for any of these materials once they have been downloaded.
Refund policies for bespoke design services are governed by the individual service agreements in place for specific projects. We are unable to offer refunds for works on projects which have already started, and early cancellations may result in no refund depending on the amount of work which has already taken place. If you are seeking a refund, you must contact us in writing within five working days of receiving the product, clearly outlining the reason for your request.
The following billing descriptor TBC will be displayed on your future credit card and debit card statements.
All course materials and bespoke packages are delivered electronically to the email address you provided during sign-up. Please make sure this email is correct and verified, as we can’t be held responsible for any missed deliveries due to incorrect contact details. We aim to deliver your materials instantly, but for larger files, it may take up to 48 hours. If you haven’t received your order after this time, please contact our customer service team.
